职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责处理现场的施工问题，进行现场指导；
2、负责项目建设过程中工程质量、进度、安全的控制；
3、负责进行工程项目技术审核，对施工、监理及材料设备供应商等单位的资格审查和考察进行决策；
4、负责协助现场经理组织、监督各项目的竣工验收、竣工备案、工程结算及竣工移交等工作。


任职资格:
1、基础资质（学历、职称）：大专以上学历，具备暖通、空调类基本知识，具备国家统招大学本科暖通、空调学历者优先；
2、经验及技能：2年以上房地产、工业建筑或建筑企业工程项目管理经验；
3、房地产、工业与民用建筑相关专业；
3、岗位特质：诚信正直、勤奋担当、责任心、敬业；
4、能够接受全国范围内短期外派或频繁出差。
