职位描述：
1、根据部门经理安排，接送领导，迎合财务部取款，送款等。
 Arrange according to the Department Manager, pick up the leader, catering to the finance department to withdraw money, send money and so on.
2、提供行李接运服务；
Provide luggage pick up service;
3、保障客人行李安全，及时、准确地把客人行李运送到指定地点；
 Ensure the guest's luggage is safe, timely and accurately to the guest's baggage to the designated location;
4、注意分房员的召唤，主动热情为客人带路，准确敏捷地为客人运送行李；
Pay attention to housing member call, initiative and enthusiasm of the guests, accurate quick luggage for the guests
5、引领人住客人进房间，主动介绍饭店及客房设施设备和服务项目；
Lead people to live in guests into the room, the initiative to introduce the hotel and room facilities and equipment and services
6、主动帮助客人解决问题，耐心回答客人的询问；

7、按指定位置站立，密切注意客人动态，随时为客人服务；

8、收发并分送报刊、信件及留育。

补充说明

1、有3年及以上驾驶经验，有酒店司机经验者有限考虑；
3 years or above driving experience, hotel driver experience is limited;
2、年龄20-40岁工作，高中学历或同等学历以上语言水平；
Age 20-40 years old, high school or equivalent language level
2、形象好、气质佳，性格开朗，口头表达能力强，有一定的英语基础；
Good image, good temperament, cheerful, oral expression ability, have a certain English foundation;
3、身体健康，精力充沛，仪表端庄，具有一年以上饭店相关工作经验；
 Good health, energetic, good appearance, with more than one year working experience in hotel;

As a comprehensive hotel, catering, conference, hotel, KTV, sauna and officing service are all contained in.
