1.根据业务部年度经营方针策略目标方案,协助部长完成各项工作,以完成业务部各项目标.

2.协助业务人员开展各项工作。

3.协调与商检机构等出口行政管理部门工作。

4.负责公司出口单证的管理，登记等工作。

5.协助总经理对业务部外贸流程的监督,负责制作各种单证。

6.负责出口货物商检、报关和发运工作。

7.负责公司出口业务和货运公司的衔接工作。

8.负责审核各种外贸单证工作。

9.编制公司出口数据的销售报表。

10.配合财务人员做好核销退税工作。
