职位描述：
负责汽车座椅零件冲压工艺设计：用UG、CATIA软件曲面建模设计及用Autoform、Dynaform进行冲压成形CAE全工序分析；解决零件模拟缺陷，并根据零件模拟结果给出回弹补偿方案并完成回弹补偿工作。
Be responsible on designing automotive seating parts stamping: use UG、CATIA to finish manufacturing feasibility and Autoform and Dynaform CAE analysis. Solve the parts simulation defects and use the parts simulation results to work out springback compensation plan and complete the springback compensation.
协助规划冲压工艺开发方案及投资预算，参与制定冲压工艺路线、流程及冲压工艺方案
Provide assistance to stamping process development and invest budget. Participate the laying down of the process route, process and stamping process design.
根据设计、生产需求提供工装模具备品备件的技术指标
Provide technical target of the tooling and fixture’s spare parts based on the design and production need.
协助冲压件供应商提升生产过程质量，解决现场问题
Provide assistance to stamping suppliers on improving production process quality and solving site problems.
及时解决现生产（已量产）产品在生产过程中出现的问题,保障生产正常运行,并对不合理的工艺进行改进
Fix the current product problems (SOP) during production to make sure the normal operation of the line. Rectify the unreasonable process.

任职资格：
5年以上冲压行业工作经验,最好是在汽车座椅
5 years working experience in stamping industry, preferably in automotive seating industry.
完整的新项目规划、实施经验
Complete experience on new program planning and implementing.
能够熟练的使用CAD、CATIA、Autoform、Dynaform、OFFICE系列软件
Professional skills on using CAD, CATIA, Autofom, Dynaform, Office software.
良好的英语听说读写能力
Be competent to listen, speak and read English.
