职位描述：
Implement SPC analysis and plan the monitor metheods for fault prevention and process optiminzation.
实施SPC分析并制定预防性纠正措施计划.监督预防性措施及过程的实施和优化，
Be pro-active in supporting customer and supplier .
积极主动支持客户及供应商.
Stop supspect deliveries to the customer and liaise with suppliers fot corrective ac-tions,solving quality as well as production/insues.
停止有问题的发运，并与客户共同解决质量问题
Handle customer complaint,finish and track the analysis of causes/improvement measure.
处理客户投诉，完成并追踪原因分析及改进措施
Judge and slove the locale quality problem
现场质量问题的判定及解决；
Responsible for process documents of approval and related content of the first article inspec-tion.
负责过程文件的审批以及相关的首件检验内容
Finish the customer's quality file,including PPAP/SREA/PSW
客户质量文件的完成（PPAP/SREA/PSW等）
Collect the feedback and related data from the customer;
负责客户现场质量问题的收集、统计和反馈
Follow company's procedure to deal with the customer's complaint due to quality problem and improve
按照公司流程对现场服务产生的抱怨进行处理并改进

The launch of new products is in line with the required project timing.

Claims are processed in a timely matter.

Carry out production audits at the supplier.

Carry out workshops together with the supplier on-site.

Support the supplier to execute PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

Ensure that the suppliers take actions to improve the production process continuously.
