岗位职责：
1、负责日常出货成本核算以及订舱、清关等资料制作；
2、操作SOP制定并适时优化；
3、全程跟踪货物状态并处理货物在途异常以保证按时交货，包括头程国际运输及尾程包裹丢失、破损、妥投、索赔等；
4、负责制作账单并协助财务部核对账单，同时跟进应收应付账款；
5、负责与客户的联系和沟通，解答客户咨询的各种问题及处理客户投诉；
6、建立和维护供应商关系，控制运输成本；
7、参与系统流程优化，需求提表并给出改善建议；
8、询比议价并建立优势供应商资源池。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上，物流、国际贸易、英语等相关专业优先；
2、4年以上物流行业操作经验，1年及以上跨境电商行业从业经验。有管理经验者优先；
3、精通货代行业操作，熟悉服务产品的操作流程和环节，能独立组织业务运营； 具有流程监控和应急处理的能力，具有风险防范意识；
4、熟练使用Office，英语口语良好，做事严谨，沟通能力强。
