Your responsibilities
*Overall your activities will contribute to an excellent customer experience and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction as well as effective collaboration with other units and teams within the organization.
*Working closely with your Sales Team colleagues, you will operate according to best-practice customer service and solve issues around production flow and logistics.
*You will need to enhance relationships with customers in order to drive success in all areas of customer delivery, including orders, production tracking, stock management, delivery information and implementation of company software.
*You will collaborate and work with the marketing team to meet performance targets and to develop new ideas on how to improve the customer experience.
*As a member of the international sales force team, you will link with the overseas manufacturing units providing customer insights.
Your profile:
*You hold a relevant degree and you have gained significant practical work experience to succeed in the role as Customer Service Specialist.
*With several years of experience in a similar role, you have a solid track record of successfully boosting customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth internal collaboration.
*You are a strong task and project manager and you enjoy planning and coordinating relevant activities as well as executing performance targets and reviews from end to end.
*Your strong people and collaboration skills will make it easy for you to succeed in an international environment with lean structures and a clear performance focus.
*You are business-minded, possess excellent communication skills and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude – you like to get things done and to actively support your colleagues across the region.
