Responsibilities:
1. Creating monthly reports including a regular profitability analysis.
2. Budget planning in coordination with business divisions and central functions.
3. Data collection, analysis and input of quarterly forecast.
4. Creating target / actual comparisons (SIV) and introducing cost saving measures as well as ensuring ongoing budget controlling.
5. Ensuring transparent investment planning and reporting.
6. Creation / actualization of business plan of the plant.
7. Ensuring accurate life time calculations for projects.
8. Calculations of hourly and allocation rates.
9. Other ad-hoc tasks from plant manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Advanced training in controlling is a preferrence.
3. Minimum three years experience as a controller.
4. Analytical skills and a quick grasp of complex relations.
5. Can work independently and under pressure.
6. Able to coordinate several processes simultaneously.
7. Good communication skills and team player.
8. English skill: business fluency.
