职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
Optimize recruitment system, including recruitment policies, procedures, workflows etc.
Develop and maintain recruiting channels, contact vendors; use new media methods, like WeChat, Weibo etc.
Conduct head office’s hiring, orientation etc. and support dealers; makes contribution to talent retention.
Employee relation: responsible for er related, expertise in this filed.
Conduct employee engagement survey, including guideline, tools, results, action plans etc. ensure ZungFu is competitive in BMBS dealers group.
Responsible for HR audit, ensure dealers legal and compliance.
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:
Prefer English majors, TEM 8, fluent English.
Bachelor degree, at least 5 year(s) experience in related filed, with working experience in large corporations or MNC is strongly prefers.
Good communication & coordination skills, people oriented, amiable, patient and self-disciplinary.
Good at excel, MS office, especially PPT.
