职位描述：
工作概述Summary of the job:
For Program Manager, need to manage all plant program activity.

主要工作职责Essential duties and responsibilities:

？Assist with quotation development/establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work.
？Plan and manage all program deliverables related to assigned programs.
？Responsible for the execution of the Product Realization Process (PRP) for individual development programs in China.
？Predict and resolve resource conflicts with functional managers.
？Maintain P&L accountability and ownership with the use of program PCF's (Project Control Form).
？Foster ownership in project teams by defining and tracking measurable for success.
？Primary customer contact-communicate project status and coordination of open issues.
？Generate team commitment and ensure APQP and simultaneous engineering principles are followed.
？Execute LRR (Launch Readiness Review) process in cooperation with Operations management as programs transition to launch phase and start of production.
？Follow and continuously improve program management system, contract review and APQP processes.

任职资格Qualification：
？Bachelor's degree from university (engineering degree preferred).
？At least three years working experience in Program Management;
？Together with at least 3 years’ experience in Product Design, Manufacturing Process, Quality and Materials which has given equivalent knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques and cross functional team structure.
？A minimum of six years combined auto industry experience at OEM supply base.
？Working experience of program management as tier 1 supplier is preferred.
？Knowledge of project financial control
？Good spoken and written English
