1- Define the incoming material control plan, receiving standards, receiving process, inspect SOP
2- Support the incoming control team for training, document updated
3- Participating in investigation, analysis and decision making on non-compliant components.
4- Define the supplier management process, including the supplier audit, supplier complain, problem solving
5- Organize the supplier audit regularly or added audit if some accasion occured, eg. process change, quality problem happened, customer complain
6- Push and support supplier continuous improve.
7- Record the data of non-confirmity components and supplier formance in SAP.
8- Report the performance regularly.
9- Perform supplier process audit and annual audit

Qualifications/职位要求:

1- Familiar with QMS, eg. TS16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
2- Familiar with quality and problem tools, eg. 8D, control chart, pareto chart…
3- Avarage English reading and writing ability

Skills/技能:

1- At least 2year experience at quality work ,including at least 1years experience at incoming control and supplier management
2- Good communication skill
3- Bachelor degree and majored at mechanical,metal or chemical
