职位描述：
. 负责销售团队日常工作报表的搜集、检查及汇总整理；

· 负责销售合同归档管理

· 负责销售单据的管理

· 负责部门会议组织、安排，包括材料搜集、行程预订、会议记录及跟进；

· 负责总监行程安排；

· 部门总监交代的其他工作；

· Responsible for collecting, checking the report of the sales team;

· Responsible for managing the sales contract;

· Responsible for managing the sales data;

· Responsible for the department meet arrangement, such as material preparation, schedule management, meeting record and follow up;

· Responsible business travel arrangement for the Director；

· Other tasks assigned by Director；

任职要求：

· 良好的沟通能力

· 耐心并且细心

· 有主动跟进意识

· 逻辑性思维

· 有强烈的责任感

· 大学专科或以上学历；

· 3年及以上跨国公司销售助理或类似经验；

· 英语良好，熟练MS Office操作。

·College degree or above

·3 year experience as sales assistant or similar role in multi-national company；

·Good English and MS Office.
