职位描述：
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS
l Organize and assure on time delivery to customers
l Raw material/components purchasing planning and main production planning
l Manage material flow (movement/receiving/storage/delivery)
l Manage and direct the support of external warehouse
l Manage and contract all transportation services
l Manage and support all needs in the shipping group
l Manage and support all Receiving and Storage needs to support production
l Manage all forklifts and ensure all drivers comply to rules
l Maintain good relationships with the custom.
l Manage production planning, and work together to follow up and improve the respect rate of production planning.
l Support and assist to Engineering department on packing design and improvement
l Maintenance/equipment/general material purchasing cost control
l Inventory level optimization
l Maintain good relationships with the logistic department of customers
l Ensure the management of its personnel in terms of evaluation and evolution
l Participate in defining the training plan for its service
l Must comply with all work rules, policies and procedures
l Must comply with all safety rules and regulations and promote safety awareness

Personal Background
l At least 5 years of experience in Logistics/Scheduling

Skills & Abilities
l Experience in JIT Automotive Business。
l Familiar with purchasing work flow and supplier management procedure.
l Experience in MRP/SAP system
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills
l computer skills
l Ability to collect, maintain and analyze data
l Ability to maintain working relationship with internal/ external customers and customs.
l Proven managerial capabilities in a team environment
l Ability to plan, organize and prioritize
l Bachelor degree in Business or/and Logistic
