Job description

- Lead recruitment team to perform recruitment activities to meet the business needs.

- Screen qualified resumes and conduct initial interviews.

- Work with the HR managers regarding job descriptions, profiles, CV screening, interview process, offer negotiation and extending, reference check and company recruiting events.

- Coordinate / involve interview process and tracking recruiting status.

- Set up the systematically talent pool and develop the recruitment tool and form

- Collect and analyze talent data and provide talent market information to management team.

- Develop various recruiting resources and channels, and coordinate with recruitment service

providers

- Work out effective Job Description.

- Give out good suggestion for set up recruitment plan for job fair, Campus recruiting and implement the plan according to company's requirement

Mission

- To implement strategic recruitment plan to obtain sufficient talent in compliance with business development requirement.

- To set up systematically talent pool, enhance the hiring effectiveness and accurateness

Experience requirements

- have 2- 3 years experience on recruiting

- familiar with Chinese Local Labor Law

Knowledge

- Good command of English communication and computer applications
