职位描述：
? Maintain current with the overall field of Manufacturing Engineering, new technology, and processes, attending training courses as needed.

      Complete the RFQ with commercial, engineering and purchasing departments providing information on ME plan, cycle time, production, headcount and equipment in order to meet the requirements of the customers.
      与营销、工程、采购一起完成RFQ，提供工艺策划、报价工时、生产人头、操作设备，及时满足客户的需求。
      Champion continuous improvement program’s area of responsibility.

? Plan, co-ordinate and develop prototype builds and budgets to meet program timetables.

? Co-ordinate the execution of internal PPAP projects.

? Ensure manufacturing processes comply with pertinent health and safety legislation.

? Be responsible for the site information collecting. Implement the technical process improvement, in order to raise products quality, production efficiency, material utilization ratio and reduce the cost.

? . Be responsible for the inspection and examination on the implementation status of the site process documents, and provide timely solutions to the site process problems. For the design flaws, unreasonable process, perform demonstration and work for improvement.
? 负责现场工艺文件执行情况检查和考核，及时处理现场工艺问题，对生产作业中发现的设计缺陷、不合理工艺进行论证改进
? Adhering to all the ISO/TS 16949 policies and procedures.
? 坚持所有的ISO / TS 16949的政策和程序。

Qualification Requirement 资历要求：
       Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
       机械，制造，生产，工业工程学士学位，或同等工作经验。
Minimum of 3 years industrial experience in seating welding, assembly process.
        至少3年座椅装配/焊接行业经验,
        Computer skills in Auto Cad, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project.
        能够熟练的使用计算机绘图软件（CAD）、Word、Excel、Project.
        Good English communication skill.
       良好的英语沟通能力。
