职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Be qualified to provide adequate and professional technical support for OBC(on-board charger) in customer site in the phase of development and SOP. Coordinate internal resource for quick response to customer concerns.
2. Follow up the prototype delivery and assembly,solve quality issues properly that customer feedback,not limited to technical aspects.
3. To deal with prototype/product issues, be able to perfectly utilize the electric equipment (osciliscope,CANoe,soldering,Electrothermal tweezers,CAN refresh tools,etc) to implement problem analysis,trouble diagnosis,debugging,software updating and verification till issues are closed.
4. Conduct vehicle integration test before and after software being released, implement onsite solutions and interim actions for quality issues, and accomplish additional technical support that customer/team needs in customer-site.
5. Keep in close touch with internal engineering development team, share/report the latest issues,validation & verification and improvement effect from customer site regularly. Make sure the described work report are fully understood by team.
6. Play the role of technical interface between customer manufacturing/technical/quality engineers and Meta internal technical/quality engineers; Reports issues found by OEM/ dealer and follow up with CQE for solutions.
7. Familiar with working principle of OBC and DCDC preferred.
8. Familiar with related norms(GBT18487.1-2015,ISO14229) preferred.
9. Familiar with Dongfeng project development process and on-site service process preferred.
10. experienced in TS16949, 8D process, familiar with OEM vehicle manufacture process;

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Automotive/Electrical/Electronics/Automation or other Engineering fields,
2. 3~5 years’s experience in the technical position of automotive industry; SW/HW/System design or validation background of automotive parts/controller.
3. Strong debugging ability and trouble shooting capability.
4. FAE working experience in Automotive OEM will be preferred.
5. Willing to work flexible hours.
6. Good at english read and writing.
7. Ability to quick learning, self-motivated .
8. Good communication skill.
9. Familiar with 7 quality tools, 8D, 6 sigma knowledge preferred.
10. Ability to travel frequently will be requested.
