职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.参与人员需求分析和岗位分析，协助确定岗位职责与任职资格；
2.根据公司人才战略和实际生产情况，及时更新岗位空缺信息和招聘计划。
3.拓展、监督、评估招聘渠道的效果，控制招聘成本，确保招聘活动符合国家法律法规和公司内部政策流程的要求。
4.负责内部招聘申请、候选人的筛选、面试、评估等工作。
5.协助建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
6.协助参与人力资源部培训、社保等其它活动和工作。
任职要求:
1.全日制本科以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业。
2.具备良好的英文能力和办公系统操作技能。
3.制造行业两年以上招聘工作经验，熟悉劳动法律法规。
4.积极主动，认真负责，有良好的沟通能力和组织策划能力。
