职位描述：
? Monitor maintenance systems, processes, procedures and performance; accountable for quality of implementation and usage.
? To review the top break down on daily basis related to all machines.
? Review and improve prevention maintenance plan and predictive plan.
? Maintenance engineers work arrangement and guidance.
? Maintenance Opex and Capex budget and control cost of maintenance.
? Responsible for assessment engineer support maintenance ability.
? Maintenance KPI performance, MTBF and MTTR management and follow up.
? Energy management and reducing the energy cost.
? To identify the critical spare parts list, procuring it and storing it properly for the all the related equipment.
? Review equipment/tooling failure mode analysis.
? Improving machine and mold to enhance efficiency of production.
? Responsible for maintenance daily management and performance evaluation.
? Management new project machine quality and safety, validation and audit.
? Propose, plan and commission new lines, machinery and tools respecting EHS and APS requirements, 5S,APS and EHS monitoring and assessment.
? Support the evaluation and control of the environmental factors and hazard to ensure the safety of the production environment
? Responsible for quality system certificate and customer audit for maintenance section.
? To review safety training, safety management for maintenance and LOTO implement follow up.
? Drives SMED with close coordination production, continue improvement change over method and technology innovation.
? Equipment and tools emergency plan and action practice.
? Identify and implement maintenance improvement actions (TPM) together with other plant functions and support functions.
? Annual training plan and provide training through internal /external course on the prevention maintenance, maintenance technology.
? Development employee career.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical and electrical engineering or related field.
? Minimum5 years experiences in maintenance management and Minimum 5 years experiences in the similar function in manufacturing industry.
? Profound knowledge of machinery and electricity. Experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry or hydraulic drive system or PLC preferred.
? Fluent English skill both in spoken and written.
? Open personality, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
