职位描述：
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/MISSION
Finance Controlling & Reporting for all ENGIE China and affiliated companies

DESCRIPTION
Monthly Controlling and Reporting:
in charge of consolidation of full monthly controlling oversight for the BU China incl. all WOFE, JVs and projects; [ a senior and junior controller are specifically in charge for BD and Operation department of the WOFE EN. Techn. as well as the JVs and project controlling (incl. Holding CO in France)]

specifically, in charge of the full monthly controlling of the Corporate department of the WOFE Energy Technology and the oversight of the controlling for the OC9088, incl. analysis, challenge and control the data, variance analysis vs last year and vs forecast, accruals;

in charge of providing accurate and on time data to the local management and group management,

in charge of Cash Flow Analysis for BU China and below EBITDA analysis.

Forecast Controlling and Reporting:
in charge of the consolidation of forecast reporting for the BU China;
specifically, in charge of forecast reporting for Corporate department of WOFE En. Technology and oversight for OC9088 forecast data;
Best Estimate reporting during the year, Budget and Medium Term Plan reporting for Corporate Dep. En. Techn. and oversight of these processes for OC9088; control and analyse the data and provide variance analysis
procedure improvement and implementation for overall BU China;

Accruals: oversight of the accrual procedure for the WOFE, OC9088 and CHIC, incl. accrual data provision to controller of OC9088 and CHIC (junior controller in charge of the procedure)

IFRS rules implementation: follow and implement new procedures and definitions for IFRS rules within the BU China and more specifically in the WOFE En. Technology

SLA oversight between BU China and other group BU as well as with JVs

Performance Reporting (Action way): oversight of the Performance reporting; be the backup for the Performance reporting (junior controller in charge for reporting)

Internal Control: in charge of setting up Internal Control in BU China, procedure set up and implementation

Requirements:
Degree in finance discipline or relevant master degree (accounting, economics, business)
8 years’ experience in financial controlling and audit
Hands on proactive person able to work independently, mastering excel and power point tools as well as reporting tools (knowledge of Magnitude is a plus) and willing to use them, able to work in a fast growing start up setting within a big international company
Language: fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
Very good analytical and synthesis skills
Knowledge of Chinese GAAP as well as IAS/IFRS and consolidation rules
Knowledge of Chinese legislation linked to financial transactions
Able to manage transversal reporting lines and open to transfer and share their knowledge and experience in order to contribute to the overall team efficiency
Knowledge of the Energy business is a plus
