职位描述：
Role& Responsibilities：

1、Ensure OHSAS18001/ISO14001 Management System implemented effectively and keep continuous improvement
2、Monitors changes and advises regional EHS regulations of countries/regions.
3、Works closely with operation site safety leadership to assure that all EHS initiatives and programs are implemented effectively.
4、Identifies best practices and leverages/shares across all sites. Serves as a regional contact for EHS information, work instructions, processes, documents, continuous improvement, communications and training programs.
5、Lead monthly meeting and ensure monthly/quarterly reporting is completed on EHS incidents, trends, performance and audit results. Prepares and submits EHS weekly report and other reporting as required.
6、Monitors lost-time, recordable and near-miss injuries/illnesses and Worker's Compensation claims in the regions. Participates in hearings or legal proceedings as required. Reviews injury/illness and non-injury incident investigation reports and follow-up as necessary.
 7、Ensures the Hanon internal and external auditing program is executed effectively and according to established standards and timelines; and provides ongoing guidance and support for 2nd and 3rd party audits.
 8、Actively promotes safety awareness through internal communications and health and safety award programs.
 9、Increase organizational awareness of the importance of reducing carbon dioxide emissions, by reducing energy consumption or using renewable sources of energy and minimizing wastage

Required Skills and Experience：

1、Certified national Environment/Safety engineer.
2、Bachelor or above, Environment/Safety engineering.
3、Minimum 10 years work experience on EHS.
4、Fluent English writing and speaking capability is essential.
5、ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 Management/Auditor experience.
6、Knowledge on China EHS regulations. 举报 分享
