职位描述：
Primary Goals:
Ensure new project safety launch without major quality issue .

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for advanced quality managing before Job#1. Communicate with design team to ensure quality lesson learned to be implemented..
Establish new project quality control plan and new sample receiving inspection standard;.
To organize reviewing, confirm, track, push to fix issues identified at each quality test item and validate improved components.
Responsible for summarize new project quality data and draw up quality status report.
Coordinate implementation of each quality test item , picking up potential issues and managing issues.
Creating Preventing method of past, current and potential issues
Push supplier’s continuous improvement, organization get the production to meet drawings and specification’s requirements.
Join in new supplier assessment.
Be responsible for supplier, Inline quality issue tracking, improvement and report.
Planning visit supplier, audit supplier line and review improvement, report.
Responsible to do all kinds of work assigned by Supervisor or higher positions

Education:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic or other related field.

Required Skills and Experience:
3~5 year experience in automotive industry, knowledge of climate products and cross functional knowledge is a plus.
Be good at using five core quality tools.
Be good at Data analysis ability by computer Software such as Excel and PPT or equivalent Program.
Be familiar with TS16949, and be familiar with Q1 requirement is a plus.
Acquire climate control system products knowledge.
Good communication skills and problems solving ability.
Good spoken English skills to communicate by conference call meeting or e-mail.
Good at drawing understanding and ES/MS Specification
Good skill to communicate with customer and suppliers.
Good responsibility and Hard working in the stressful circumstance. 举报 分享
