职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责召集各部门负责人召开公司办公会，收集汇报资料，制作会议纪要并严格按照纪要内容进行督办；
2、负责将办公会各部门的资料汇总整理、存档，并将汇总结果向管理层汇报并翻译。
3、外宾到访时负责翻译工作及对外接待工作；
4、负责公司的公司简介及时更新；
5、负责公司经营计划的编制；
6、负责公司领导意见的上传下达工作；
7、按时完成公司管理层交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、公关、行政管理、企业管理、英语等相关专业本科以上学历，英语要求8级以上。
2、两年以上总经理助理工作经验，有本领域工作经验者优先；
3、知识结构较全面，具有丰富的管理经验，了解法律及财务方面的知识，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
5、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；

CQLT SaarGummi Technologies S.à r.l. is a world-renowned sealing manufacture enterprise which has many patent technology of innovation and has over 60 years successful experience in automotive sealing production with 15 manufacturing plants and 5 Tech Centers location worldwide. SaarGummi YuJin (ChongQing) Rubber&Plastic Co. Ltd. located in Chongqing Hechuan District, is one of SaarGummi Group manufacturing plants in China. It covers an area of 290 acres, contains 14 production lines with various types of more than 300 equipments, and employs more than 750 employees.
