职位描述：
SUMMARY: The engineer must be with bachelor degree and chemist specialty, three relative experience in battery, good communication skill and well known on MS software and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

1.Familiar with the operation of chemical analytical equipments
2.Familiar with the chemical analytical method and update these methods in time
3.Test materials and assure that all tests are executed with required precision
4.Assist R&D engineer to test new materilas and develop new MTM.
5.Assure that test results are distributed to all people concerned in time
6.Train new employee
7.Write MSDS
