- find the best factories using our software
- help clients arrange great productions
- supervise client-factory communication
- call clients and factories world wide by phone
- email clients and factories world wide
- identify problems and communicate them clearly to the management
- help us improve and make Matchory the world’s best trading company
- flexible working hours (to work with our Germany office)

Our regular customer from Brazil received a machine of our suggested factory. After receiving the machine it started burning. The factory offered a new machine at no cost, however neither the client nor the factory wanted to pay for the freight. The customer needs the new machine urgently and would not trust Matchory again if you (the manager) don’t solve it quickly. You are alone in the office - how would you solve it, if you have full permission.

Additional information:
The customer paid 1000 USD for the machine and 500 USD for the freight. The customer also paid Matchory 300USD for finding the factory. shipping the new machine costs 500USD.
