职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
1、To design site/plant value stream, like production floor layout, material flow, time study, line balancing, labour, WIP standard, line supply plan, shelves, trolleys, in plant boxes, and bins for each process to achieve Lean Manufacturing target in each year
2、Study overall production capacity, identify bottleneck (constraint), and apply I.E. techniques to maximize productivity with optimum level of resources
3、Support manufacturing team and project manager to design value stream between each product family.
4、Periodically validate standard time, identify the gap and input the update standard time in SAP for business reporting and further estimation.
5、Analysis and Propose best industry solution on flow design.
6、Implement and conform with company business operating procedures, customer requirements, industry standard, law and regulations
7、Complete the work task assigned by higher leader

Job Requirement：
1、Bachelor degree in I.E. engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
2、About 5 years of IE experiences in automotive industry, good PC skill, such as MS Office, AutoCAD, etc.
3、Awareness of ISO/TS 16949, GMP, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 5S, statistical techniques for I.E., OEE, Capacity Analysis, TPM, ERP, POKAYOKE, 6Sigma, certified internal auditor is a plus
4、Logical thinking, systematic problem solving, decision skill, communication skill, assertive and process oriented
5、Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a global team environment.
6、Self-motivated and can work under pressure.
