职位描述：
Brief Description
This position is to governance Corning 3PLs’ i.e. International Freight Forwarder/China domestic trucker/Corning Plant warehouse operation performance to ensure its process & cost efficiency and excellence, through 3 levels of 4pl activities framework (per below diagram) under below required capability:
? Professional knowledge and skills
? Strong commercial sense & communication skill

Responsibilities
? Execute the daily operations activities from Corning ‘Delivery’ created
? Booking placement to Corning nominated 3PLs for the following shipment arrangement
? Monitoring shipment lead time & on-time delivery status & follow up with 3pls for the necessary e-tracking or APLL OTMs(in future) for the data input accuracy, timeliness & completeness
? problem resolution to meet customers satisfaction if any shipment is alert with an exceptional progress in system or thru 3pls notification
? Co-operate with Corning 3PLs and account’s logistics dept to solve local customs/trucking/warehouse problems related any urgent shipment
? Conduct 3PLs’ training in specific needs i.e. e-tracking or APLL OTMS
? Tender management process execution & OTMS roll out successfully
? Continuous overall improvement opportunity provided

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above
? 2 years above on technology or Quality management in warehouse or production line. Or 2 years above in the customs clearance industry.
? Communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin, problem solving ability, and creativity.
? Understand Chinese Customs regulations; Customer focus, PC knowledge, 5S knowledge.
? Good knowledge of process management; knowledge of the working of a supply chain, good influencing capabilities, strong business sense, warehouse management. 举报 分享
