1.Assist QS Manager in prepare tender documents and monitor the tender process. Ensure the written scope is sufficient for completion for works. Ensure the Quantities in BQ are correct before tender;
2.Draft/comment the main contracts and subcontracts;
3.Estimate the cost effect and time effect of instructions before issue;
4.Check and certify interim payment, variation order claims and prolongation claims;
5.Negotiate with subcontractors & suppliers on the contract terms;
6.Prepare final account for agreement with contractors;
7.Assist QS manager to develop and manage cost plan/ cost data and prepare commercial report.

职位要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, 1 to 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying or related role in the construction environment preferred;
2.Experience in China is a must;
3.Exposure in tender process;
4.Good knowledge of computerized cost capture & value monitoring system;
5.Comprehensive understanding of statutory building regulations;
6.Good knowledge of construction material;
7.Familiar with MS Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and costing software. 举报 分享
