岗位描述

1.负责本班的日常事务及管理工作，协调各项事宜及家长沟通工作.Will be responsible for her class and classroom day-to-dayoperation and management, including maintaining strong and regularcommunication with parents.

2.负责日常教学计划及实施工作，对本班各项制度的监督考核工作,负责制定教案和实施教案，考察以及达到幼儿的学习目标；Will be responsible for developing lesson plans and conduct oflessons. Conduct and assess class and children’s development including meetinglearning objectives for each child.

3.负责一日流程的实施。Will be responsible for daily and weekly programs

任职资格

1、幼师及学前教育专业毕业，有大专及大专以上证书.Must possess a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education.

2、具有2年以上幼教教学经验者优先考虑.At least 2 years of teaching experience preferred.

3、具有一定的管理课室经验，亲和力强.Experienced in classroom management, affinity with children and warmand respectful relationship with parents.

4、熟悉幼儿的各个发展阶段，了解儿童心理.Familiar with children’s age and level developmental growth, witha good understanding of child’s psychology.

5、具有一定的文艺表演能力，普通话标准，口齿伶俐.Good skills in Performance Arts, Dance and Craft Development.Musically inclined with good vocal skills.

6、热爱学前教育事业，工作积极主动、责任心强.Enjoy working in Early Childhood Industry. Must be a very responsibleand highly proactive individual.

7、有幼儿教师资格证.Candidate must possess a Preschool teacher certificate.

8、英语教师要求有英文本科毕业，口语良好。English Teachers must possess a degree in English Language andLiterature.

9、有普通话证书.Must have obtained a Mandarin Language proficiency certificate.
