岗位职责：

1、带领中心课程顾问销售团队，实现由中心校长设定的每日、周期和月度销售目标，与上级、同事和学员建立密切的关系，以达成销售和服务目标；

2、与中心校长合作，培养课程顾问为潜在客户设计合适课程的能力，最大程度地提高销售过程的效率；

3、提供销售培训，提升顾问的咨询能力及销售技巧，帮助团队成员成长；

4、按时分析团队表现，在开发个人和企业客户方面以身作则；

5、主持定期会议，提供销售培训，确保团队完成每日销售报告。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、3年以上销售行业工作经验，1年以上团队管理经验，有同类教育机构销售管理工作经历者优先；

3、具备丰富的个人咨询销售经验，团队管理能力，业绩优秀；

4、具备极强的目标感及执行力，喜欢挑战，抗压能力强；

5、 高度的责任感与客户服务意识（喜欢灵活的工作时间安排）；

6、良好的英语交流能力者优先。
