职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司互联网平台产品的规划和交互设计，包括后台管理；
2. 负责需求整理与分析工作；
3. 制定产品的实施，负责编写产品需求文档，包括业务流程和结构、界面原型和页面要素描述；
4. 组织产品发布，制定产品发布计划；
5. 跟踪上线产品的市场效果、用户反馈，收集和主动挖掘改进需求，根据业务需要持续改进产品，提升用户体验。

任职要求 ：
1. 有至少2年以上从事互联网产品技术开发经验；
2. 有独立设计和规划能力，并经历过完整的产品周期；
3. 工作积极主动，有很强的责任心，良好的团队合作精神；
4. 逻辑思维能力强，对互联网、移动互联网产品市场有较强的分析能力；
5. 能独立撰写产品需求文档；
6. 有互联网招聘类产品设计经验、人力资源系统者优先考虑。 举报 分享
