职位描述：
主要职责：
   Main Job Responsibilities:
？ Serve as the primary purchasing supplier quality liaison between Roechling and supplier
？ Ensure purchased productive parts are approved and production ready on time(PPAP approval according to project time.)
？ Ensure purchased parts having a stable and qualified process and delivery on time
？ Serve as a technical resource to engineering
？ Continually improve the quality of purchased parts.
？ Prevent and resolve the quality problem of purchased parts.
？ Participate in the RFQ process with Supplier Component Review to ensure a defect-free process through supplier development
？ Follow up the supplier APQP progress and manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations during this phase

？ Skillful with MS Office applications

技能/资格要求：
   Skill/ Qualification Requirments:
      Familiar with TS16949, VDA6.1 & 6.3 & 6.5
？ Well experienced in APQP, PPAP activties
？ Well know quality tools for MSA,SPC,Minitab,PFMEA,etc
？ Minimum 3 years in quality field in manufacturing industry, automotive industry preferred.
？ 6 sigma experience is preferred.
