Responsibilities:

· Participate in various private placement debt product executing transactions and sales activities, especially focus on trust, special situation group and other debt financial product;

· Involve actively in product origination and development efforts;

· Build, develop and maintain good relationship with institutional clients;

· Support coordinations with clients, regulatory bodies and internal departments;

Skills and Abilities

· Solid financial analysis capability;

· Customer-oriented mentality;

· Excellent interpersonal skills & effective communicator;

· Strong self starter;

· Good command in English;

Qualifications

· Solid fixed income products experience or investment experience;

· Bachelor or above degree in relevant majors;

· 1-3 years of working experience with international investment banks, or other top tier financial institutions;

· Familiar with domestic debt financing process and regulation;

· Have the securities practice qualification in China.
