职位描述：
1、 负责公司海外劳务合作项目的正常运作；
2、 负责出国劳务人员报名、建档、宣传、培训、签约等日常工作；
3、 负责与合作单位的日常联络工作，针对重要客户做好沟通交流工作，及时发现其新动向、新需求；
4、 负责出国人员出国前的安全教育工作，提高个人安全意识和自我保护能力；
5、 负责出国人员的跟踪服务工作，及时掌握在外人员的思想动态，及时发现问题，督促协调在外和回国劳务人员的各类纠纷。　　

岗位要求：
1、 年龄25-35岁；
2、 人力资源或相关专业本科及以上学历；
3、 熟悉相关劳务派遣的政策、法规，熟悉外派劳务业务工作流程；
4、 具有3年以上劳务管理、派遣业务工作经验，有海外劳务项目管理相关工作经验优先；
5、 工作责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神，较强的组织协调能力；
6、 具有独立处理劳务纠纷的经验和能力；
7、 英语口语熟练，且具有较高的读、写水平。 举报 分享
