1.根据电话行销的销售话术和监听标准，对每日出单的录音进行监听，发现问题及时反馈给TL或者培训师进行处理；

2.遵照国际部要求的质量监控标准对每一份保单的销售录音进行评分，定期提交报告和报表；

3.每月提交电销上月所有出单录音的质量监控报告，对扣分情况进行排名和提交，以供培训师针对报告结果进行有效地培训；

4.定期对扣分的电销销售人员进行辅导和沟通，以提醒和避免质量问题的重复发生；

5.根据公司合规要求协助解决客户投诉，根据投诉处理结果，定期制作合规报表，以报告合规制性情况；

6.及时向有关部门反馈风险控制信息，并针对发现的问题提出相应的改进意见；

7.负责体系合规报表的编制和报送；

8.完成主管交代的其他事项

任职要求：

1.大学专科以上学历

2.具备良好的分析、判断能力，能够迅速、准确的判断销售品种是否良好

3.遵循职业规范和道德行为规范，具备较强的合规意识

4.良好的沟通和协作能力。
