职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.Report to QMS supervisor and communicate with related departments in QMS related topics.
2. maintain the quality management system.
3. Responsible for making serial number, distribution, archiving, cancellation of the plant's all program files, the instruction book, the technological document and so on
4. Responsible for record management which meet TS16949 requirement
5.collecting and Analyses Customer Special Requirement, Take actions to conduct accepted CSR into current system.
6.Receiving customer audit.
7.system and process audit(include VDA)
8. From quality angle, assist to develop potential suppliers or contractors.
9. Responsible for organizing the third party auditing ,customer auditing ,internal auditing ,management review ,process auditing ,product auditing
10. Strictly follow HSE procedures, and actively participate in HSE events to increase related awareness, reporting any potential risks as well;
11. quality data statistics and summary
12. Noris/SAP scrap information input
13. PR management
14. Other work delegated by quality manager

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. At least 2 yeasrs worked as QMS Engineer in Automobile industry
3. Familar with ISO/ TS16949
4. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Good logic and analysis skills
5. Good Office skill and Fluent English (Oral, Reading and Writing)
