职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage all the Cost engineering, Project and Development teams based on the assigned site. In this respect, he/she is responsible for project costing, design and development.
- Manages the cost engineering activity,
- Directs the project development operations while aligning Quality, Costs and Delivery aspects to Lean principles,
- May conduct the Product design in relation to the Product Line,
- Manages the industrialization of new processes and the standards’ definition,
- Develops communication and information initiatives in coherence with the expressed needs,
- Ensures the respect and follow-up of budgets,
- Takes part in the Project steering committees and report on the activities achieved within the assigned area (QCA, performance indicators etc…)
- Develops corrective action plans to pursue continuous improvement (sharing know-how and standards’ definition),
- Ensures the creation, implementation and update of the operating procedures as well as technical instructions required for the proper operation of activities,
- Abides by the Group’s procedures and operating instructions relevant to Quality, Safety and Environment within the scope of his/her duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.

SKILLS PROFILE
Qualifications and experience :
Minimum 4 years University degree of technical type or a local equivalent, reinforced by 5 years related experience half of which in supervisory missions and project management.

Professional abilities :
- Supervisory skills, leadership spirit, active listening skills, communication abilities, ability to coach a multi-disciplinary team, rigor, management skills, analytical and synthetic thinking,
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Portal, PDM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint…),
- Proficiency in English is required.
 
Technical knowledge :
- Deep knowledge in standard operating modes implemented by leading equipment manufacturers (OEM),
- Proficiency in project management systems,
- Deep understanding of QCD objectives pertaining to projects in the development phase. 举报 分享
