职位描述：
岗位职责：
Develop and implement quality strategy and manage a group of quality control and quality assurance professionals

Establish and manage Quality Management System to meet,ISO9001 and ISO14001

Define the appropriate and adequate procedures and measures of control for the process and satisfy client's expectation by meeting the quality standards

Manage quality standards for raw materials, in-process products and finished products. Design new, complex or innovative measures, tests, sampling methods and other procedures that ensure that these standards are met

Evaluate manufacturing processes, systems and technology and recommend changes that will improve the quality of finished products

Evaluate quality data and reports to identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the

product or the reliability of testing procedures

Educate, train and monitor the performance of quality assurance inspectors and other staff to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards

To lead validation activities and check the validation reports
任职资格：
Bachelor in Engineer or related

5 year working experience with related position, glass industry background is recommended

Familiar with ISO9001,ISO14001 and other quality system

Knowledge of QA techniques and management

Good communication and interpersonal skills ,strong leadership and team sprit

Familiar with MS Office and SAP system and good command of English in both oral and written 举报 分享
