·负责上门收集客户员工办理录用、社保、退工等相关材料；

·负责办理社保申报、缴纳并将信息及时准确录入系统；

·负责根据供应商或审计组核查的问题单将相关数据录入系统；

·负责办理客户员工各项福利；

·负责各类人事证件办理所需的资料收集；

·负责商业保险索赔的材料收集；

·负责答复员工和客户当地接口人对以上服务的咨询；

·负责为客户服务主任提供日常事务政策咨询；

·根据客户服务主任要求进行上门客户拜访；

·完成上级布置的其他工作。


岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，三年以上人事工作经验；
2、工作积极、认真负责，具有良好的沟通能力，有亲和力，能在压力下工作；
3、较强的适应能力及团队意识，能够长期稳定的工作，独立工作能力较强，善于思考和学习；
4、熟悉重庆当地劳动人事法规，了解薪资、社保等人事政策，具有经办社保公积金工作经验。 举报 分享
