Job Description

1. Non-technical training project management

2. Non-technical training courses development

3. Non-technical training pilot delivery

4. On site coaching and consulting to OEM dealers.

5. Non-technical training business innovation including new
   products/service/methodology/tools, etc.

6. Train the junior trainer

Qualifications

• Major in automotive or management, BA or above educational background.
• +3 years automotive dealer service experience with service manager
  role at least.
• +5 years non-technical training experience.
• +2 non-technical training project management experience.
