职位描述：
UX Manager (Base in Shanghai)

Responsibilities:
1.Lead the UX design team of both web and mobile applications that deliver consistently engaging and delightful experiences that are simple to use and elegant. The team consist of 5-10 UX designers.
2. Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, understand and find
3.Exceptionally effective communicator with design team, product management team, and software engineers capable of thriving with remote and on-premises dynamics
4. Capable of working in a fast paced iterative lean design environment
5. Create a product style guideline and lead visual consistency
6. Coach junior designer in design methodology and daily work
7.Take responsibility in recruiting
8.Balance organizational demands and project priorities to select the appropriate method to recommend a consensus design solution
9. Strong problem solving skill to provide alternative approaches to design restrictions and suggest solutions to design problems

Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent practical experience
2.Excellent knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Axure and other design tools required
3. 5+ years of demonstrable experience in software graphic design preferably in a commercial or consumer focused software development enterprise
4.Strong leadership in leading people, lead for performance.
5. Ability to create UX wireframes, logical workflows a big plus
6. Understanding the principles of user-centered design
7.Experience creating interaction specifications and functional prototypes
8.Experience creating images for use in both web based software applications and mobile devices
9.Ability to create icons, layouts and color schemes to use with our demo applications and software
10. Strong analytical and communication skills. Must be able to learn new technologies and the domain space very quickly and present ideas in a team setting
11.Must have the eagerness to constantly strive to innovate and the ability to initiate discussions regarding new ideas
