1. Responsible for MPS, manage the activities of the Production planners. Updates and communicates any changes to the MPS.
2. SAP key user of supply chain. Operate PP model transaction in SAP, maintain related planning master data. Set up and update MRP parameter regularly.
3. Direct communications link between the plant and the customer service. Manage the demand plan and order variations, focus on pass due order, capacity issue, critical parts supply, make recovery and commitment plans for customers.
4. Control shop floor production, leader of the Clear to build weekly meeting. Key participant on the daily production meetings.
5. Work close with global supply chain team. Participates on the Monthly demand management, SIOP and customer business meetings. Creates, validates and communicates the Pre-SIOP. Maintains the line rough cut capacity review and action plans to meet operations line SIOP targets.
6. Control production inventory. Responsible to meet the AOP and SIOP inventory targets for FG's and WIP, establish Safety stock strategies to meet both OTTR and Inventory targets.
7. Control excess and obsolete materials. Responsible to implement materials E&O review. Lead and develop phase in and phase out plans to control materials excess and obsolete cost.
8. Develop standardize processes, individual goals, development and training plans for the production planners. Manage individual and team’s performance follow HPD process.
9. Other Production planning team’s routine management.

Qualifications/职位要求:
1. At least 3 years planning working experience, 2 years MPS working experience.
2. 1 year team management experience will be preferred.
3. Experience with wholly owned foreign enterprise. Automotive industry experience is plus.
4. College above. Business or administration Major is preferred

Skills/技能:
1. Be familiar with PP module in ERP system, SAP experience will be preferred.
2. Good English skills. Both written and oral.
3. Good team work and communication skills.
4. Basic team management skill
5. Microsoft office skills. Data analysis and mining sense.
