Job Description:
1. Provide high-quality day-to-day support to GM
2. Travel arrangements, lodging reservations, transportation arrangements and scheduling of appointments for GM and visitor
3. Schedule and arrange meeting and events
4. Coordinate necessary internal and external communications
5. Records and file management
6. Translation
7. Other duties assigned by GM

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 5 years relevant experience
3. Good command of English
4. Strong computer / software skills
5. Good communication skills
6. Work effectively with others and foster a productive team environment
7. Be well organized and efficient
8. Can work under pressure
9. Capable of working with and maintaining confidential information
10. Attends to details
11. Good common sense and judgment
