职位描述：
Main Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the daily administration and system maintenance. Contacting, coordinating and generating working reports.

Job Description:
- Manage and establishes corporate network across regions by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment, following global network policies and procedures, establishing connections and firewalls
提供网络管理及支援故障检测与排除
- Install new / rebuild existing workstation, servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage etc. in accordance with corporate standards and project/operational requirements.
系统安装,配置,更新及故障的检测与排除
- Trains, supervises, assigns project tasks & assist in identifying potential areas where existing services or workflow require change, or where new roles need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion.
计算机硬件及软件系统的使用及培训、项目管理、任务监督及提升工作流程建议.
- Computer, printer and system detection and exclusion
电脑、打印机和系统的检测和排除
- Provide support to the Technology team, maintain and expand knowledge base in areas of expertise
根据管理团队要求、提供服务,技术支援.维护及扩展知识库系统
- Collaborating on projects for the region i.e APAC and contribute to a bigger team globally
为亚太地区的项目合作以及为全球更大的团队做出贡献
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time by your manager or Arcadis
执行直线经理或 Arcadis 所要求的其他职责和职务
- Maintain an up to date hardware and software inventory for the China offices
维护更新中国地区办公室硬件和软件等财产清单

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above，Majored in Computer Science or IT related subjects
计算机或IT相关专业，大学本科以上学历
- 8+ years’ experience in manage Server/Storage & Network Infrastructure management, working experience with international corporate/enterprise is preferred
八年以上的网络管理、服务器网管工作经验，有国际公司工作经验的优先考虑
- Familiarity with variety of technologies Server Operating Systems, Storage, Network & Security, Web application, Database, Virtualization etc. Experience in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Cisco Router, VPN & Security environment.
熟悉各种服务器的操作系统、存储、网络和安全、WEB 应用程序、数据库、交换机、等网络设备的设置与运维工作，有局域网/广域网, TCP/IP, 思科路由器, VPN 和安全环境的经验。
- Familiarity with VMWare Virtual System configuration and maintenance
熟悉VMWare虚拟系統设置与管理
- Experience in SharePoint, AutoCAD , engineering software like广联达 is preferable
熟悉SharePoint, CAD、广联达等工程类软件优先考虑；
- Excellent English written, oral presentation, with leadership and good interpersonal communication skills.
流畅英文听说及读写能力，具有领导才能及良好人际关系
- Demonstrated level of responsiveness and analytical ability, in line with working autonomously.
具有良好的响应能力和分析水平, 积极主动工作态度
- Willingness to travel
