Responsibilities and Main Tasks/主要职责和任务:

- Sustainable optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs. 全权负责优化制程和工艺以满足所有生产数量、质量、运行成本的要求
- Provide basis for planning and decision making. 提供生产计划和市场决策的基础和依据
- Continuous consultation with Department Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting). 能够配合部门经理协商关于部门内的大小事务
- Keep contacts with customers and suppliers, and coordinate supplier meeting to ensure good supplier performance, latest technical update and demand in timely basis. 保持和客户及供应商的联系，协调供应商会议以确保供应商提供的产品优良性，技术的先进性和及时性
- Follow environmental regulations and ensure the implement. 贯彻实施环境保护的规定
- Continuous optimisation regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs. 持续优化和改进质量、生产效率、环境保护及成本控制
- Drive for technological development. 持续改进部门内的技术工作
- Continuous education to guarantee the art status. 持续培训让工艺稳定性得到保证
- Implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, OHSAS18001. 按照标准改进各项质量标准
- Ensure training to operation front line staff and engineers is systematic organized and well prepared as to aim for effective learning and understanding to the trainee in executing defined rules and task completion. 确保一线操作员工和工程师的系统化培训，为有效学习和理解既定规则和目标的完成做准备
- Define procedure steps aiming to use existing resources perfectly and minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials. And ensure the defined procedure is well executed. 定义工艺的相关流程步骤，以便让现有的资源最优化并让消耗的成本和物料最少，并确保相关流程顺利执行
- Responsible for purchase of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis; installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production). 采购一些新的设备（制定控制规范，做评估，技术分析，安装，投入使用，通过鉴定并正式生产）
- Follow 5s standard to keep the environment clean. 遵循5s标准做好生产区域的环境清洁工作。
- Follow superior’s decision and complete assigned tasks in timely manner. 遵照上级决定并准时完成被指派的任务

Required Qualifications and Skills Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:

- Degree from senior technical college in mechanical or related engineering, plus several years of professional experience具有机械和相关专业技术的高等教育学历，并有相关的专业工作经验
- Computer skills计算机能力
- Good communication and team spirits很好的沟通和谈判技巧
- Good Leadership skills 优秀的领导能力
- Fluent in English流利的英语
- Have copper plating work experience would be perfect有镀铜相关经验
