职位描述：
工作职责：
- Provides input for the region Quality strategy, adapts and implements it according to regional requirements
  提供区域质量战略之输入，根据区域要求，并将其适用并执行。
- Further develops, adapts and implements the quality management system in the region; develops if necessary regional processes and standards
  进一步发展，适用和执行质量管理体系，发展区域流程及标准。
- Defines and implements the quality targets for the region
  界定和执行区域质量目标。
- Ensures compliance with customer expectations
  确保客户期望之承诺
- Plans and conducts internal audits
  计划并执行内部审核
- Supports the plants in case of quality related problems
   支持区域中涉及质量问题的处理。
- Supports the ramp up of new projects (K2)
  支持K2 阶段新项目的爬坡计划
- Responsible for the ramp up of new plants with respect to quality topics
  负责区域内工厂新项目投产爬坡中涉及质量问题

 - Risk Case Champion for the Region.
   区域内质量风险事件处理之领导者。
 -Responsible for good communincation with respective functions in Joint Venture.
   负责与合资相关职能部门保持良好的沟通。

任职资格：
- At least ten years of professional experience in quality in the automotive industry, demonstrating consistently high levels of performance; 至少10年以上制造业质量经验
- A University degree in Engineering. Strong leadership, technical, communication and networking skills;
  较强的领导力，工科背景，较强的技术，沟通，网络工作能力。
- Experience working for a multi-cultural global organization. Excellent intercultural skills and fluency in English;
  有国际化公司工作经验，较强的英语读写听说能力
- Experienced in doing business with local and global Customers and authorities;
  有与地方，国际化客户及官方之工作经验
- Experience in building up Management Systems and problem-solving tools.
  有管理体系统建立，问题较好解决工具之经验。
