After Sales Manager /German Sports Car Dealership
Primary Functions:
Job holder is primarily responsible for the supervision of the service and maintenance operations of the Sales / Dealership Centre and ensuring the profitability of the department by seeing revenue targets are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient operation of the workshop and the parts departments of the Sales Centre
- Maintain Customer Service quality and CSI at its highest level
- Ensure that Technical standards and requirements of the manufacturer and legalities pertaining to technical issues are complied
- Sustain good employee relationships in his department
- Ensure that the relevant training of the after sales department personnel are carried out
- Lead and motivate the after sales team
- Prepare information and data relating to the after sales as and when required by Headquarter China and the General Manager
- Ensure that customers' and manufacturers' expectations are matched at the highest level
- Achieving the monthly sales and revenue targets of the After Sales Centre
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensuring that Audit standards set by Headquarter China are met
- Campaign executions (Warranty, recall, workshop, etc)
- Training requirements and staff qualifications
Requirements
- University Degree (Bachelor or higher) in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Five years in automotive after sales experience, thereof 2 years as an After Sales Manager
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Matured with a friendly personality
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- PC literate. He must be conversant with MS Applications as in MS Word, MS and PowerPoint, etc.
