Sales Manager/German Sports Car Dealership
Primary Functions:
Job holder is primarily responsible for ensuring that sales and revenue targets are achieved, together with the market share of the other relevant dealerships. He is also responsible for the Showroom Management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Ensure an efficient operation of the sales department in the dealership
- Ensure customers receive outstanding service and quality goods at all times
- Be involved with the HR matters of the sales department
- Ensure that the relevant training of the sales advisors are carried out
- Maintain the vehicle inventory and complete sales reports and other relevant paperwork
- Sustain good employee relationships in his department
- Prepare information and data relating to the Sales as and when required by Headquarters China and the General Manager
- Achieving the monthly sales and revenue targets together with the market share of the other relevant dealerships
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensuring that Audit standards set by Headquarters China are met
- Training requirements and staff qualifications
Requirements:
- College Degree or higher in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- 3 years working experiences in automotive industry, thereof 2 years as a Sales Manager for a German or Japanese premium car brand
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Matured with a friendly personality
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- PC literate, conversant with MS Applications
