职位描述:
1.Make sure that products and materials to be used for production follow specifications and identify production line problems and product issues.
2.Evaluate customer quality issues, production problems and product issues by applying problem solving and analysis tools and techniques, Failure Mode and Analysis, measure process and product parameters, conduct process capability studies.
3.Ensure that control plans are followed and implemented.
4.Ensure that corrective actions are implemented, new procedures and revisions in the work instructions are properly communicated to the people and operators concerned and trainings are conducted
5.Analyze and interpret Process Cabality results in process and recommends corrective actions as necessary
6.Actively participate in product, process, design and manufacturing reviews
7.Recommend countinuous improvement activities on the shop floor
8.Paricipate in launching of the new products and processes
9.Other duties assigned by management

任职要求:
1.Degree in any engineering field.Preferably mechanical or electrical engineering graduate.
2.At least 3 years SMT working experience, automobile industry will be better.
3.Familiar with ISO/TS or QS standards.
4.Lean Manufacturing and Engineering principles.
5.Manufacturing planning and implementation.
6.Strong leadership and planning skills.
7.know well for PPAP,APQP,PFMEA,SPC,MSA,control plan,flow chart.
8.Good at English.
