Job Description:
1.Get customer input: Work with customers to capture requirements for application of Fuel Charging Assemblies (Fuel Rails&Fuel Injector Assembly) to gasoline engines
2.Make FCA development timing: Develop and Manage work plan with customers to meet program deliverables
3.Design component: Manage development of Fuel Rails and FCAs with design engineers and injectors with Tier II suppliers to meet customer performance,cost ,quality and delivery requirements
4.Make FCAs technical documentations: Build system and components FMEA, engineering specifications, drawings, DVP&R, BOM, SCIF;
5.Manage FCA technical documentations: Develop and release required customer drawings and specifications
6.Lead FCA vehicle level development: Lead FCA packaging and matching and testing on vehicles level based on customer requirements.
7.Lead samples and documentations delivery: Deliver FCA samples and documentations to customer at any development stage
8.Support launch: Support OEMs production launches
9.Support AM service: Support development and validation of required service procedures and service tools
10.Lead issue solution: Lead FCAs issue solution at any development stage with some issue solution tools and manage engineering change control
11.Support sales to pursuit new business: Prepare customer technical presentations,technical proposal and engineering cost for pursuit of new business
12.Lead FCA future technology: Maintain Roadmap for future FCA and fuel injector requirements

Qualifications:
1.Bachelors/ Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering related to the automotive field.
2.Understand Engine Management Systems including engine management sensors, throttle bodies, fuel injectors, engine control units and software control strategies
3.Understand emissions controls operating principles
4.Understand engine operating principles
5.Understand engine mapping and analysis process
6.Understand Powertrain electronic diagnostics
7.Understand Powertrain calibration process, procedures and tools
8.Understand Europe Stage III/IV emission standards and EOBD diagnostics
9.Ability to Collect, evaluate and analyze P/T system test data and results

Technical
1.Understanding of Fuel Charging System (Fuel Rails,Fuel Injectors)
