Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality work in a high-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and effort across hiring assignments: sourcing strategies, timelines and deliverables, taking initiative to complete unanticipated or ad hoc tasks, and verifying the completeness of your own work.
- Direct source and attract top talent such as creating innovative strategies to locate top local talent, and assess volume of candidate applications on a daily basis and handle full cycle of hiring process for assigned business units.
- Conduct talent mapping and keep a good accumulation into talent pool, build up network in talent market for pipeline preparation.
- Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements, context and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against NextEV competency criteria, company value and organization fit.
- Leverage deep labor market expertise and competitor intelligence to influence and educate hiring managers on talent market trends, availability, challenges and risks and make right hiring strategy and decisions.
- Be NextEV employer brand ambassador.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- At least 8 years of proven recruiting experience, better in Auto, Internet, Power, Consumer or Retail industry, with a successful track record of hiring delivery & serving business units.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and succeed in an environment with competing demands.
- Proven ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive internal and external relationships.
- An expert level of knowledge in all full cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: direct sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, salary negotiation, relationship management, etc.
- Ability to use data extensively to plan recruitment activities/initiatives, and identify and address roadblocks in their regular work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Smart, creative and can-do attitude.
